I’m Bam Leon, a Design and Innovation Lead who bridges product design, creative direction, and brand strategy to create experiences with purpose and impact.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy, design systems, and cultural storytelling. I don’t just design interfaces or build brands. I create ecosystems that help people and businesses thrive. Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with organizations like Ford, Timberland, Netflix, Amazon, SiriusXM, Macy’s, Foot Locker, and Comcast, crafting scalable digital platforms, redefining brand narratives, and building campaigns that resonate far beyond the screen.

Design, for me, isn’t just about how something looks. It’s about why it exists, how it works, and the value it creates for the people who experience it.

My current focus

01. Product Design, Development

I specialize in creating digital products and UX systems that are grounded in research, strategy, and purpose. My process combines deep user understanding, iterative design, and technical insight to build experiences that feel seamless and intuitive.

From mapping enterprise-scale platforms to designing mobile and web applications, I focus on delivering design solutions that scale while remaining human-centered. I integrate design systems that unify products, reduce complexity, and create long-term efficiency for businesses.

This work is never just about clean interfaces. It is about aligning business objectives with user needs and building experiences that evolve as those needs change.

02. Design & Visual Innovation

Beyond the product space, I lead the conceptualization and execution of brand and visual experiences that tell powerful stories. I take on projects where visual identity, creative campaigns, and cultural narratives intersect. My goal is to bring clarity and consistency to how brands show up in the world.

I balance strategy, storytelling, and design execution to build systems that connect deeply with audiences. Whether it’s shaping brand identities, producing visual campaigns, or creating content for cultural impact, I focus on work that resonates and endures.

This is where I merge the logic of design with the emotion of storytelling. Every brand, every product, every piece of work should make people feel something, while staying rooted in clarity and purpose.

In addition to the areas of focus mentioned above, I continue to be an active designer, frequently taking on roles as a freelancer, consultant, or contractor. My expertise spans print, motion design, apparel, visual direction, strategy, and audio production. I have leveraged this diverse skill set to collaborate with and contribute to dynamic companies.

This is also where I truly shine. Much of my most impactful work has come through these roles, working independently or alongside teams to push creative boundaries and deliver results that go beyond expectations. It is through this hands-on, adaptive approach that I’ve shaped my way of thinking, building, and leading in design.

I don’t see design as a single discipline. It is strategy. It is systems. It is culture. It is about creating solutions that live across digital products, physical experiences, and brand narratives.
